Please join Barasch & McGarry and The Nassau County Firefighters Museum on Sunday, September 12th, 2021 from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm for a free 9/11 Health Fair. It will take place at the Nassau County Firefighters Museum (located at 1 Davis Ave, Garden City, NY). There will be doctors on site, a team of Barasch & McGarry attorneys and staff, and 9/11 advocates speaking about their experiences and why it’s so important to register with the World Trade Center Health Program.

We are hosting this health fair with the Nassau County Firefighters Museum to honor 9/11 first responders, survivors, and their families. There will be food trucks, music and museum access. Because 68 cancers and many respiratory illnesses have been linked to 9/11 toxins, free health tests will be offered on site.

Learn about the free World Trade Center Health Program and the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund (VCF). Anyone who was in Lower Manhattan on 9/11 or during any part of the 8 following months may be eligible for free health care and significant compensation. That includes not only first responders but residents, workers, students, and teachers who were also exposed to the toxic air.
